About the role
At Grupo Tier1 currently part of Alkemy Group we are looking for an IT Support Technician (Executive In-Plant) to provide high-level onsite support at our clients offices in Alcobendas.
We are seeking someone with experience in onsite IT support accustomed to delivering close solution-oriented and professional service especially in demanding corporate environments and when supporting executive-level users.
What do we value
Experience in onsite IT support
Solid knowledge of Google Workspace
Familiarity with Apple environments especially macOS and iOS
Experience with Jamf Apple Business Manager Intune Autopilot or SCCM is a plus
English level B1 or B2
Professional appearance
Punctuality
Strong communication skills and executive-level language
Verification of incident resolution
Commitment
Respect for privacy
Proactivity in preventive maintenance (e.g. meeting room checks)
What you will do
Provide onsite support to end users at the clients location
Administer Google Workspace and support tools such as Gmail Drive Calendar and Google Meet
Configure and support Apple devices
Deploy and image Windows 11 equipment
Provide support for meeting rooms and videoconferencing systems
Manage and track incidents through a ticketing system
