Junior Tech Talent Acquisition
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team in Barcelona and play a key role in scaling our tech teams across Spain the Middle East and Europe.
What you will do:
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes for tech roles delivering a seamless and high-quality candidate experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders acting as a strategic advisor throughout the hiring process
- Manage and continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure a smooth new joiner experience
- Collaborate with and manage external partners (agencies and vendors) ensuring alignment quality and efficiency
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes tools and best practices
Qualifications :
You have:
- 2 years of experience in IT / Tech recruitment
- Degree in Psychology Human Resources or a related field
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of tech hiring requests
- Experience using an ATS
- Familiarity with Workday is a plus
