Junior Tech Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team in Barcelona and play a key role in scaling our tech teams across Spain the Middle East and Europe.

What you will do:

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for tech roles delivering a seamless and high-quality candidate experience
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders acting as a strategic advisor throughout the hiring process
• Manage and continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure a smooth new joiner experience
• Collaborate with and manage external partners (agencies and vendors) ensuring alignment quality and efficiency
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes tools and best practices

Qualifications :

You have: 

• 2 years of experience in IT / Tech recruitment
• Degree in Psychology Human Resources or a related field
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of tech hiring requests
• Experience using an ATS
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus
