Role Overview
This internship supports the Office of the Global CRO BTP providing exposure to global business operations crossfunctional coordination and people engagement at scale. The intern will work closely with senior stakeholders and extended teams to help drive operational rhythm effective collaboration and team health across a global organization. This role is well suited for a highly organized detailoriented candidate with strong communication skills and an interest in business operations and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recurring operating cadences with extended and crossfunctional teams ensuring alignment preparation and followthrough.
- Coordinate scheduling and time planning across internal stakeholders including leadership and partner teams.
- Capture meeting minutes track action items and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Manage and support recurring Office Hours including agenda preparation logistics and postsession followups.
- Own and contribute to elements of the People Plan and Team Health agenda including:
- Planning and coordinating team and leadership town halls
- Supporting recognition moments and communications
- Driving engagement and employee experience initiatives
Learning Objectives

Qualifications (Preferred)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management Communications Technology or a related field.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
- Proactive reliable and eager to learn in a global collaborative environment.
