Your Impact
AsGlobal Medical Director CNS & Pain you will playa central rolein shaping global medical strategy and advancingpatientfocusedsciencedriveninnovation. As acore member of the Need State Team and Medical Affairs Leadership Team you will collaborate across functions and geographies to guidelongtermtherapeutic strategy and ensure scientific excellence across the product lifecycle.

WhatYoullBe Doing
Strategic Leadership & Collaboration
Shape and cocreate1and 5year therapeutic area strategiesas a core member of theCross-functional TATeam.
Partner closely withcrossfunctionalleaders(I&D Commercial Public Affairs Affiliates) to ensure strong medical alignment and shared ownership.
Lead and strategically contributeto key Medical Affairs decisions within a collaborative leadership team.
Medical & Scientific Excellence
Lead globalMedical Affairs strategy and executionfor CNS & Pain therapeutic areas.
Translate insights from patients healthcare professionals and scientific stakeholders into clear scalable medical opportunities.
Identifyunmet medical needs andguide innovative development andinlicensingopportunities.
DevelopTarget Product Profiles (TPPs)in collaboration withcrossfunctionalpartners.
Knowledge Sharing & Capability Building
Providehighqualitymedical guidance education and training to global and affiliate teams.
Leadmedical plans research initiatives and publication strategiesrooted in real patient needs.
Review scientific literature and emerging trends (including digital solutions) to enhance disease management and patient outcomes.
Thought Leadership & External Engagement
Build andmaintaintrusted scientific partnershipswith Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and scientific societies.
Overseehighqualitymedical content for digital platforms targeting patients and healthcare professionals.
Governance Safety & Compliance
Serve as an active member ofTherapeutic Area Review Committees Product Safety Teams and LabelingSubTeams.
Ensure robust oversight of clinical activities safety monitoring risk management plans and regulatory documentation.

Required:
- M.D.(preferred) with minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field of the pharmaceutical industry.
- An advanced degree in life sciences: i.e. with a minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant field of the pharmaceutical industry
- Pharm D / PhD with a minimum of 7 years experience in the relevant field of the pharmaceutical industry
Strong understanding ofclinical trial design safety oversight and regulatory environments
Experience working withKOLs and scientific societies
Fluent English (additionallanguages a plus)
Desired:
Experience in country or regional medical leadership roles
