Are you a sales and business development enthusiast with a keen eye for new opportunities If so we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Sales and Business Development Manager

for our Financial Services division in the Nordics & Baltics. This role is a critical driver of business growth in the region involving the responsibility to both hunt for new business

opportunities and manage existing clients to ensure their ongoing success. If youre an ambitious and driven professional with a strong track record in sales industry knowledge of

You will be joining a highly skilled and friendly team with a passionate drive for success. Based in the Baltics our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and fostering an environment of continuous growth and learning. As the Sales and Business Development Manager you will have the opportunity to collaborate with this dynamic team and report

directly to the Head of Sales and Business Development for the Nordics and Baltics.

This position can be located anywhere in the Nordics making it a fantastic opportunity for professionals seeking flexibility and the chance to contribute to the teams mission from

various locations in the region.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Research and prioritize new and existing customer needs within our segment
  • Promote company products/services addressing or predicting clients needs
  • Build long-term relationships with existing and potential customers to expand the network
  • Negotiate and sign new customers ensuring swift integration
  • Drive thought leadership in payments and understand competitor products and strategies

  • You master strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships effectively
  • Are motivated and have passion for continuous learning growth and achieving exceptional results
  • You have proven track record of sales and business development within the financial services or fintech industry (5-10 years)
  • Have proven experience in negotiating and closing sales deals with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention (5-10 years)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Are comfortable with high levels of autonomy and ability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment
