What will do you do
In the role as System Architect / Senior Developer at ADB Safegate you will:
Take a key role in shaping and improving a complex microservices-based system
Combine architectural work with hands-on coding
Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to align technical and business needs
Drive discussions around system design scalability and future architecture while contributing to new services and improvements of the existing system
The current tech environment includes technologies such as C TypeScript Angular Kubernetes and microservices with a future direction towards modernizing parts of the system and exploring technologies such Rust or Go as well as cloud-based solutions.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for someone who is either already working as an architect or a senior developer ready to take the next step into an architectural role.
For this position your mindset and system understanding are more important than experience in a specific tech stack.
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong experience working with complex systems and backend development preferably in microservices-based environments
Has solid knowledge of Kubernetes or similar container-based platforms
Is comfortable combining hands-on coding with architectural thinking and can communicate technical concepts clearly to different stakeholders
Is curious proactive and open to working with different technologies and programming languages in a dynamic environment
It is considered a plus if you have experience with cloud environments DevOps practices or systems that combine software and hardware (e.g. IoT).
