As Global Supply Chain Excellence Manager you will play a key role in developing and improving FläktGroups global supply chain performance. You will work across our international network of factories and sales units driving improvements in delivery performance planning transport execution and overall supply chain efficiency.

In this role you act as a central contributor in strengthening performance management resolving complex issues and continuously developing our ways of working. You will collaborate cross-functionally and lead initiatives that create tangible business impact across the end-to-end supply chain.

Who are you

We are looking for a structured and proactive professional with a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations. You are analytical solution-oriented and comfortable working in a complex international environment where collaboration across functions is key.

To succeed in this role you likely have:

57 years of experience in supply chain logistics or a related field
Solid understanding of transport planning inventory and key performance drivers
Experience working with ERP and TMS systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics Transporeon or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive improvements
Experience managing recurring operational challenges and improving performance
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
Fluency in English and confidence working in an international setting

You are structured proactive and able to prioritize effectively while driving continuous improvement.
