Senior Embedded Software Engineer

As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer you will contribute to the development of control systems used in pumping automation. These systems play an important role in ensuring reliable operation high energy efficiency and long-term value for our customers - from machine level to cloud connectivity.

In this role you will collaborate closely with product owners system engineers and test engineers contributing across the full development lifecycle from requirements and architecture to implementation verification and deployment. The role also includes hands-on work in our lab as well as occasional visits to customer sites to better understand real-world applications.

While this is not a managerial role you will have the opportunity to act as a technical mentor contribute to best practices and participate in technical discussions that help shape the direction of the team.

Key Responsibilties:

• Design develop and maintain embedded software for control systems in our products

• Contribute to software architecture technical decisions and longterm maintainability

• Develop robust and testable solutions using modern embedded software practices

• Collaborate crossfunctionally with product owners test engineers and other R&D teams

• Drive continuous improvements in ways of working tools and code quality

Qualifications

• Experience in embedded software development using C / C

• Experience working with real-time operating systems (e.g. Zephyr or similar)

• Understanding of software architecture and design for embedded systems

• Experience with unit testing static code analysis and quality-focused development practices

• Experience with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience

• Good communication skills in English

• Knowledge of Swedish is considered a plus
