Responsibilities

• Reaching set sales budgets and KPIs
• All operational matters at store level
• Maintain Etons Customer Service Excellence
• Hire coach and developing team-members
• Be a role-model and lead by example
• Initiate and implement Eton events at store level
• Staff schedule management
• Responsible for opex at store level
• Partner with corporate outlet supervisor on maintaining correct inventory levels and identifying product needs
• Overseeing standard operating procedures / implement efficiencies in store routines (best practices)
• Training on store operations
• Manage POS and other digital applications and systems
• Inventory management
• Obsolescence and theft
• Liaison between store and landlord

The position reports into the Head of Retail. The position start July 1st with possible start mid June for handover.
