WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

How will YOU contribute to the Team

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements
• Develop and implement AI-driven solutions including agentic applications and automation tools
• Build and maintain internal tools (e.g. NLP-to-SQL NLP-to-dashboard solutions) to support Data and Business teams
• Design develop and scale AI agents with capabilities such as tool usage planning memory and multi-step reasoning
• Work closely with clients and third-party vendors when required
• Ensure adherence to company processes standards and best practices
• Provide support during critical project phases including working overtime when necessary to meet project goals
  

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing AI solutions including agentic applications AI agents automation tools or LLM-based systems
• Strong experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) including prompt engineering and context optimization
• Solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) embeddings and vector search (preferred)
• Experience in building scalable AI-driven applications and systems
• Basic frontend development experience (e.g. React or similar) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work
• Self-motivated proactive and results-oriented
• Fast learner with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
