About the Role- Accountant

Deliver core accounting functions that drive efficiency from payments and payroll to tax compliance and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process high-volume hotel/vendor invoices payments and document management. 

  • Handle payroll data submission PIT filings social security and coordination with external providers. 

  • Manage audits (internal/external) tax filings (VAT CIT WHT PIT) and regulatory compliance 

  • Post journal entries issue VAT invoices monthly reconcile revenues across channels and prepare financial reports. 

  • Support daily bookings refunds and ad-hoc tasks while embracing Accors Heartist culture and ESG commitments.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting & Finance

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Preferred to have prior working experience with tax consultancy/audit/hospitality 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); 

  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations and social security.

  • Excellent Vietnamese and English communication;

  • Attention to detail organizational skills 

  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams (Finance P&C Operations) and externals (banks auditors vendors).

  • Independent worker with team spirit
