Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Provide office support to the UIR project team with a primary focus on UIR OE initiatives.
Support SCM quality data checking validation and ongoing digital tooling maintenance.
Review and analyze SCM quality data and results with particular emphasis on QTS quality performance and prepare regular reports.
Work closely with UIR RPM stakeholders to deliver timely data analysis feedback on a weekly basis.
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of ONE UIR digital tooling ensuring data accuracy and usability for daily operations.

This role is expected to leverage digital and automation tools to improve visibility and efficiency of existing databases and daily UIR operations including but not limited to:
- Power BI
- Python
- Excel VBA
- Power Automate
Required Skills & Competencies
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
Capable of developing or maintaining automation and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Power Automate).
Able to prioritize tasks structure daily operations plan ahead and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Demonstrates a learning mindset actively developing skills based on experience and feedback.
A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
