Role Overview

This role focuses on ensuring high-quality customer experiences across e-commerce and customer-facing applications. You will own testing strategies execution and continuous improvement for features that impact real users at scale working closely with multiple product and engineering teams.

What You Will Do

• Design and maintain comprehensive test plans and case management for large-scale cross-functional projects.
• Define end-to-end test strategies spanning multiple service domains.
• Break down ambiguous complex problems into clear actionable plans and drive them to completion.

• Develop and execute automation across mobile web and backend platforms.
• Own and continuously evolve test automation frameworks and infrastructure.
• Design and implement integration test strategies against live or production-like environments.

• Define optimize and enforce QA standards and best practices.
• Drive bug tracking metrics visualization and quality trend analysis.
• Lead incident management practices and drive resolution of production issues.
• Produce clear high-quality documentation and runbooks that empower the team.

• Act as a cultural and professional role model; drive multiple projects or mission-critical components.
• Shape team culture and champion continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
• Coordinate across teams align stakeholders and work effectively with cross-functional peers.
• Facilitate decision-making build consensus and remove roadblocks.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of hands-on software test automation experience.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies processes and quality standards.
• Proficient in at least one object-oriented language (e.g. Java Python).
• Experience with open-source test automation tools (e.g. PyTest Appium Selenium).
• Familiarity with distributed service architectures and cross-domain system interactions.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable reliable test infrastructure.
• Self-driven; able to work independently and lead initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong impact beyond individual contribution driving large projects or critical components.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal); effective communicator in a global team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or large-scale online platforms (e.g. search discovery cart checkout order payment fulfillment logistics).
• Hands-on experience applying AI/LLM to testing workflows (e.g. AI-assisted test generation agentic test planning intelligent test analysis).
