Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process full payroll accurately and on time including earnings deductions benefits bonuses and adjustments.
  • Oversee time and attendance verify records run reports and ensure accurate payroll inputs.
  • Reconcile payroll pension/provident fund contributions and statutory payments (tax UIF COIDA).
  • Maintain HR administration including personnel files onboarding contracts leave tracking and reporting.

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Requirements
  • 5 years payroll administration and/or HR support experience.
  • Proficiency with payroll and HR software (e.g. PaySpace).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation HR policies and statutory compliance.
  • Prior experience in operational sectors such as freight transportation or FMCG preferred.
Qualifications
  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management Payroll or related field.
