Payroll Officer

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process full payroll accurately and on time including earnings deductions benefits bonuses and adjustments.
- Oversee time and attendance verify records run reports and ensure accurate payroll inputs.
- Reconcile payroll pension/provident fund contributions and statutory payments (tax UIF COIDA).
- Maintain HR administration including personnel files onboarding contracts leave tracking and reporting.

Key Requirements
- 5 years payroll administration and/or HR support experience.
- Proficiency with payroll and HR software (e.g. PaySpace).
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Prior experience in operational sectors such as freight transportation or FMCG preferred.
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management Payroll or related field.
