Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Senior Back-End Developer to provide innovative IT solutions for the global Group.
This role focuses on the Vehicle Invoicing NSC product which designs and implements standardized processes for vehicle invoices and related services across global subsidiaries.
You will work within an Agile Working Model to replace outdated legacy systems with the latest SAP technology ensuring future-proof system support for global sales and distribution.

Position Details
- Contract Duration: 01 June 2026 31 December 2028.
- Location: Hybrid Midrand / Menlyn / Rosslyn / Home Office rotation.
- Experience Required: 8 years of professional experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant IT or Business Degree.
- SAP ABAP Certification is required.
- 8 years experience in a similar environment.
- Functional mastery of software engineering disciplines and theory.

- SAP ABAP knowledge in FI/CO SD MM
- Interfaces via SAP Partner System IDocs as well as Web Services
- SAP Workflow in FI MM and SD

- SAP ABAP knowledge in Materials Management
- SAP ABAP knowledge in Vehicle Management System

Key Responsibilities
- CosmicInt Specific Role Tasks/Requirements
- Planning: Assist user departments in designing system requirement/proposal documentation based on business processes
- Designing Responsibilities in projects
- Ensure that all processes have been investigated / considered in obtaining the specifications of the user requirements
- Review business requirements and propose and create system design evaluate alternatives
- Review and present proposed system design / solution to IT Project Manager / Leader and User Management or System owner / Business owner for Cosmic
- Design systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements (Template solution)
- Support the following steps in the Designing Cycle
- Preparation of system/technical documentation (as per ISO standards)
- Preparation of user and operation manual
- Creation of Test Cases
- User training (Key users)
- System testing/parallel runs
- System implementation (transition into line)
- System checks/quality assurance
- User sign-off
- Time estimating
- Time estimates must be adhered to according to projects
