Job Summary
To be successful as a Customer Care Agent you should have a pleasant personality and patiently assist clients. You should also be able to deal with any customer complaints in a timely and effective manner whilst proactively engaging existing clientele. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately this position serves as our direct contact feature with our clientele.
Responsibilities:
Handle general customer queries
Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems
Resolve fundamental product technical issues
Assisting and Training customers on FlightScope Products and Software
Handle customer complaints.
Reporting Customer issues
Product and Software Testing
Requirements:
Drivers License Own / reliable transport required
Fluent in English any additional language is a plus
Ability to work shifts and weekends
Key knowledge of Golf is a plus / or a Golfer
Strong Technical Skills
Additional certification in Client Services Management is a plus
National Senior Certificate
1 years experience in a similar role
