Job Summary

Responsible for converting leads provided by the bond origination businesses into sales. This role involves conducting client calls to generate quotes provide exceptional service and achieve individual sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Conversion

Conduct calls to potential clients based on leads provided by the bond origination businesses.
Present and explain insurance products to clients tailoring solutions to their needs.
Generate quotes and follow up with clients to convert inquiries into sales.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Address client queries promptly and professionally ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales in the CRM system.

Sales Performance

Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs in a high-volume target-driven environment.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team members to achieve overall sales objectives.

Compliance

Ensure all sales activities comply with FSCA regulations FAIS requirements and internal policies.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Required Qualifications:

Matric Certification RE5 and FAIS qualification (e.g. NQF5 Wealth Management) ESSENTIAL.

Minimum Required Experience:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a high-volume target driven environment.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
Bi-lingual (Afrikaans and English).
