Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Full Function Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team based in the Nelspruit Malelane area. - Maintain and manage the full general ledger function
- Perform accurate and timely reconciliations (bank creditors and debtors)
- Process payments and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded
- Manage and maintain debtors accounts including invoicing and collections
- Handle stock processing and ensure accurate inventory records
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Capture and process financial data on ERP systems including Sage Xperia
- 35 years experience in a full function bookkeeping role
- Strong knowledge of general ledger and reconciliations
- Proven experience with debtors creditors and stock processing
- Experience working on ERP systems specifically Sage Xperia
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualifications will be advantageous
