- Matric
- Sales & Marketing Diploma (advantageous)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales environment
- Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Key Responsibilities
- Develop manage and maintain an existing customer portfolio
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct customer needs analyses and surveys
- Plan and execute daily and monthly sales activities
- Achieve agreed monthly sales targets
- Negotiate pricing within approved parameters
- Re-sign and upgrade customer contracts
- Ensure effective follow-up on installations withdrawals and surveys
- Manage customer queries and provide after-sales support
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit accurate commission documentation
