What you will be doing:

Design build and maintain mobile features using KMP to maximize shared business logic domain networking and platform integration across Android and iOS.
Implement platform-specific functionality while prioritising KMP code reuse adhering to established architectural standards and patterns.
Write clean testable and maintainable code; actively participate in code reviews to ensure high implementation quality.
Take ownership of technical work from design through implementation testing release and post-release support including troubleshooting and defect fixing.
Enhance application reliability performance observability and maintainability; support mobile release processes and CI/CD automation.
Partner with Product Managers Designers QA Data Operations and backend teams for seamless end-to-end delivery especially concerning API integration.
Actively contribute to all agile ceremonies (planning refinement retrospectives) and contribute to engineering documentation and knowledge sharing.
Clearly communicate progress technical constraints trade-offs and potential delivery risks to the Engineering Lead and the team.
Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt simplify solutions improve delivery speed and enhance automated testing and code quality tooling.
Ensure technical decisions support scalable delivery and stay current with mobile engineering the Kotlin ecosystem and KMP best practices.

What our client is looking for:

3 years mobile software development experience with a proven track record of building production applications.
Solid experience in cross-platform/shared-code environments preferably with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) contributing to both Android and iOS delivery.
Deep understanding of mobile architecture design patterns modularisation and crafting maintainable software.
Familiarity with agile frameworks and ability to function effectively as an individual contributor in cross-functional product-led teams.
Fluency in modern version control peer code review and collaborative engineering workflows.
Exposure to mobile release management CI/CD pipelines crash reporting and observability tooling.
Strong empathy active listening and cultural fluency essential for a high-touch international VIP environment.
Ability to remain calm and unhurried under pressure during peak periods or system failures.
Talent for quickly turning challenges into opportunities and resolving issues before they impact the experience combined with strong debugging skills.
Strong attention to detail combined with the flexibility to manage unpredictable changes in processes resources and last-minute VIP needs.
