Job Summary
As a Customer Care Advisor you are the first line of support to deal with all customers questions or requests in a speedy and qualitative manner.
Your responsibilities:
You are the primary contact for customers for all current affairs: offers back orders questions about invoices complaints.
You observe customer challenges and are solution driven.
You collaborate and communicate constructively with all departments within TVH and stimulate colleagues from other departments to work together on a high customer satisfaction.
You signal and report about bottlenecks within the assigned processes.
You register and administrate client information documentation complaints and signals in the relevant systems in order to have an accurate and complete insight in status of clients.
How to succeed / your profile:
You have about 2-3 years experience in a customer oriented job.
You have strong customer oriented thinking and acting skills.
You are solution driven and persistant.
You have good organizational skills and you are able to set priorities.
You are a team player.
You are fluent in English
