About the role
As theRegional Sales & Marketing Manager Spares & Accessories (S&A)youlllead Dysons S&A commercial agendainregions. Your mission: deliver growth drive profitability and champion theownerexperience by bringing the global S&A strategy to lifewith themarkets.Youllco-createregional channel approaches support local teams and ensure the S&A portfolio fits Dysons standards and ambitions.
This role combines local insight with commercialexpertise.Youllpartnerfromglobal S&Ateam with BUsregional sales marketing supply chain and digital teams tomaximiseimpact while adapting to regional trends and needs.
Key Responsibilities
Regional S&A Strategy & Delivery:
Localiseand execute Dysons S&A strategy intheregion.
Set clear sales growth and profitability targets;adaptthe global plan for market realities.
Portfolio & Channel Development:
Develop andoptimiseS&A performance across all channelsD2C e-commerce retailcustomerserviceand third-party partners.
Identifycategory gaps and drive new initiatives to meet customer and commercial goals.
Coordinate with supply chain and digital teams for seamless execution and powerfullocalisedcampaigns.
Commercial Excellence:
Analysemarket data consumer preferences and competitive trends.
Use insights to drive promotional planning product assortment and channel activation.
Set monitor and report on KPIs to ensure regional targets are achieved.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Act as the bridge between the global S&A teamlocal marketsBUsand functions.
Share best practices relay market needs and align on commercial priorities.
Engage with marketing sales and customer service tomaximiseowner engagement and satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement:
Gather feedback after S&A activities and launchesidentifyinglessons and embedding improvements.
About you
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing rolesideally within S&A aftercare consumables or a related fast-paced category.
Strong familiarity with regional market trends channel dynamics and owner engagement.
Skilledin category management commercial planning and campaign execution.
Analytical data-driven and decisive in making commercial recommendations.
Collaborative and clear communicatorable to align influence and execute across diverse teams and cultures.
