We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as aSenior Associate Distribution Campaigns and Events.

In this role you will need:

Lead the planning and execution of local and overseas distribution events and campaigns
Liase with event logistics including venue coordination vendor liaison schedules and materials preparation
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support programme development and content requirements
Manage operational details such as registrations rehearsals on-site setup and post-event follow-ups
Responsible for creating and updating event communications EDMs and basic marketing materials
Track timelines action items and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
Support budget tracking documentation and post-event reporting
Provide on-ground support during events to ensure seamless attendee experience

To be successful you will need:

Strong interest in event management campaigns and experiential marketing
Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Clear communicator with strong coordination and follow-up skills
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality execution
Willingness to learn take initiative and support the team proactively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
