Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with business stakeholders underwriters and product owners to understand requirements.
- Lead requirements elicitation workshops interviews and walkthroughs.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create and maintain BRDs FRDs user stories use cases and process flows.
- Work on underwriting workflows rating quoting and policy lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams for portal design and user experience improvements.
- Support UAT planning execution and defect resolution.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams.
- Ensure traceability of requirements and alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in P&C Insurance especially Underwriting.
- Hands-on experience with digital portals broker portals or customer portals.
- Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and articulation skills.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA Confluence Visio and Figma.
