Tender Specialist

Job Title: Tender Specialist (Manpower / Service Contracts)

Location: Qatar

Candidate must be locally available in Qatar

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Specialist with proven expertise in manpower and service tenders. The ideal candidate will manage the full tender lifecycle—from opportunity identification to final submission—ensuring compliance with client requirements and strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify track and evaluate manpower and service tender opportunities.

• Manage the complete tendering process including pre-qualification and submission.

• Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents in line with tender requirements.

• Review tender specifications scope of work and contractual conditions.

• Coordinate with internal departments such as HR Finance and Operations for required inputs.

• Develop cost estimates pricing strategies and commercial proposals.

• Ensure all submissions are accurate complete and compliant.

• Maintain organized records of tenders submissions and supporting documents.

• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of bids.

• Liaise with clients for clarifications amendments and post-bid discussions.

• Support contract negotiations and ensure smooth handover to execution teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in tendering for manpower or service contracts.

• Prior experience in Qatar or GCC region is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of tendering processes documentation and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Strong coordination and teamwork capabilities.
