Job Summary

Pernod Ricard Portugal is hiring a Sales Support Analyst.

Responsibilities:

BI maintenance with Sell Out / Stock - On & Off info
Maintenance App Convivio: Backup with Business Analyst;
Compile info in the calculation files of the Agreements / Promo Plans per Quarter Distributors & Cash & Carry vision GAP vs Budget;
Off Weekly Top2 Report (Vol Sell Out performance) with competitor info
Monthly report ON and Off supporting Reports and pptx updates
Compile information needed to prepare for the RADAR filing:
Consolidate Real Promo Plans by Customer; SKU and by Quarter in Off Trade and Cash & Carry;
Assist KAM in consolidating information for the Trade Terms Budget for customers and Trade Terms attainment.

Profile:

Bachelor or Masters Degree in Management or similar
Previous professional experience data analysis
Proficiency in Portuguese and English
Solid Knowledge in Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional Team Spirit
Results driven and analytic profile
