What You Will Do:
As a Customer Support Representative you will provide support to platform users via inbound and outbound calls. Your role will focus on understanding reviewing and resolving issues related to an international e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Investigate and resolve issues related to orders logistics and platform usage
- Provide timely and accurate support to buyers sellers and content creators
- Escalate complex cases according to internal procedures
- Maintain high service quality and meet performance standards
Requirements:
- Flemish (C2 level) mandatory
- English (B2 level or higher)
- Previous experience in customer service or social media support is an advantage
- Good understanding of e-commerce environments
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Office hours:
- 08:00 17:00 or 09:00 18:00
- On-site work in Lisbon Portugal
Salary & Benefits:
- 1500 EUR gross 14 months
- Meal allowance (paid via meal card)
