As AI Team Lead youll be involved in both defining strategy and hands-on delivery of initiatives at Kallidus. You bring a strongunderstanding of AI/ML excellent team management skills and experience working in agile cross-functionalproduct teams. You combine strategic thinking with the ability to deliver measurable results.

• Lead manage and inspire a cross-functional AI team fostering a culture of innovation collaboration andaccountability;
• Establish clear objectives KPIs and performance metrics to develop and evaluate staff effectively;
• Partner with Development Product and UX teams to integrate AI models seamlessly into productionenvironments;
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI projects ensuring timely high-quality outputs within agile delivery cycles;
• Apply agile project management practices to plan prioritise backlogs and adapt to changing requirements;
• Architect and implement AI/ML solutions across use cases such as:- Personalised learning recommendation
  - Coaches and Conversational AI
  - Intelligent analytics and predictive insights
  - Skills mapping and performance prediction
  - Linking Performance with business outcomes
• Maintain high standards of AI governance ethical responsibility and model explainability;
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies fostering continuous learning and experimentation within the team.

• 3 years of demonstrable experience leading AI ML or Data Science teams in a SaaS environment;
• Proven track record of delivering AI projects through all stages; from research and design to productiondeployment;
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams in agile environments including planningretrospectives and backlog prioritisation;
• Enjoys an opportunity to work in a dynamic fast paced environment;
• Deep technical understanding of Python SQL and modern MLOps practices;
• Strong knowledge of ML techniques NLP LLM based approaches;
• Ability to optimise model deployment within the Azure suite of tools (Azure AI Azure ML Studio Azure OpenAIand CI/CD pipelines);
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the capability to translate technicalconcepts into business value;
• A coaching-oriented leadership style that empowers team members and encourages growth;
  
• Excellent communication skills with non-technical and technical stakeholders.

• Knowledge of AI ethics governance and responsible AI frameworks;
• Background in integrating AI into software products;
  
• Experience with A/B testing and data and model versioning;
  
• A background in software development and an understanding of best practices.
