For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

At least 6 years of professional experience with Problem and Incident Management
Strong experience in application support including the upgrade/patching process
Strong experience with shell scripts and commands on Linux
Strong knowledge of Python Bash and Powershell scripting
Experience using automation tools (Ansible Tower)
Professional experience using DEVOPS tools such as GIT JENKINS Bitbucket XLD/XLR Confluence JIRA to manage CI/CD environments
Experience using monitoring tools (Zabbix Splunk Grafana)
Knowledge of ITSM
Experience with database administration (Plus)
Knowledge of API development (Plus)
Fluency in English (B2)
Fluency in French (Plus)
Availability for hybrid work in Porto Portugal (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit).
