Role Overview:

As a Customer Support youll act as the main point of contact for users providing assistance via email chat phone and social media. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and professional assistance across multiple communication channels

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Russian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
