Role Overview:

As a Customer Support youll act as the main point of contact for users providing assistance via email chat phone and social media. Whether handling account access billing questions or technical concerns your goal will be to deliver efficient smooth and high-quality support throughout the entire customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional assistance across multiple communication channels
  • Support users with account setup password resets billing inquiries and identity verification
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues while keeping customers informed throughout the process
  • Maintain a positive solution-oriented approach in every interaction
  • Accurately record and manage cases in line with internal procedures and guidelines
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and efficiency
  • Share insights and suggestions to enhance customer experience and overall support performance

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Russian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
  • Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
  • Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
