We are looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in Polish and English to join a leading e-commerce support team in this role you will assist customers ensure a high-quality service experience and represent one of the most recognized e-commerce platforms.
Schedule
Initial schedule:
Monday to Sunday: 08:0017:00 or 09:0018:00 (rotational shifts)
Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Later stage (TBC by client):
24/7 operation (Monday to Sunday) with rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer support via phone email or chat.
Maintain strong knowledge of e-commerce products and service standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Demonstrate empathy and rational decision-making when assisting customers.
Manage high contact volumes especially during promotional seasons.
Requirements
Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Good understanding of e-commerce environments.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle peak workloads.
Salary & Compensation
Base Salary: 920 (paid over 14 months)
Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day (45 over 11 months)
Welcome Bonus:1000 (paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year)
