Danish-Speaking Customer Care Specialist Digital Payments Remote (Portugal)
Introduction
Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience to recruit Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists. This is a fully remote role within Portugal supporting a digital payments and point-of-sale (POS) solution used by small and medium-sized businesses. It is an ideal position for those who enjoy helping businesses grow through technical and financial support.
Responsibilities
Multichannel Support: Provide high-quality assistance via phone email and chat.
Onboarding: Guide new users through account setup and initial onboarding processes.
Logistics & Orders: Assist customers with product orders tracking and delivery inquiries.
Technical Troubleshooting: Solve issues related to the application payment devices and related accessories.
Issue Escalation: Coordinate with specialized teams to resolve complex customer problems.
Data Integrity: Maintain detailed records of all interactions following internal security procedures.
Requirements
Language Skills: Fluent/Native Danish (C1/C2) and good English (B2).
Experience: Prior experience in customer support or a service-oriented role is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and clear professional communication.
Tech Literacy: Comfortable using multiple digital systems and troubleshooting technical topics.
Independence: Proven ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting.
Teamwork: Adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic international environment.

Contract: Full-time 40 hours per week.
