Are you a Dutch speaker ready to launch your career in one of Europes most exciting cities We are hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a full-time on-site or hybrid role in Lisbon Portugal. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided no prior experience required.

You will join a large international customer service team supporting a globally recognized brand with real opportunities to grow a signing bonus on joining and a relocation package designed to make your move seamless.

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Advisor you will handle inbound contacts from Dutch-speaking users via chat email and phone. You will resolve account queries technical issues and general support requests escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams and contribute to a high-quality user-first support experience.

Your Profile

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2)
• English proficiency at B1 level or above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency
• No prior experience required junior profiles welcome
