About the Role
As a Technical Leader you will be responsible forensuring the functional and technical coherence of IT solutions whiledriving continuous improvement and service reliability.

Define and maintain solution architecture and technical documentation
Ensure consistency scalability and sustainability of IT systems
Collaborate with Program Managers Project Managers SMEs and Development teams
Lead technical decision-making and resolve complex challenges
Promote best practices in Quality Security and DevOps
Mentor coach and upskill development teams
Contribute to POCs and solution design for optimization and maintainability
Continuously improve architecture strategy and system efficiency
Technical Skills
Strong experience with Java (11/17/21) and J2EE technologies
Solid background in Spring Spring Boot Spring Data JPA Spring Cloud Vault
Experience with APIs (APIGEE is a plus)
Proficiency in Agile tools: JIRA Octane Confluence
