What youll do:
- Joining and actively participating in technological challenges with a focus on projects involving operational improvements through the ServiceNow Platform.
- Planning executing and/or coordinating with autonomy your activities or those of more junior team members in delivering project outputs within a project or project stream using an Agile approach.
- Responsibly managing daily interactions with the client according to your scope of activity.
- Translating business requirements into development requirements for high-quality and scalable solutions following best practices.
- Contributing to knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members.
- Contributing to the design and development of project support documentation.
- Providing technical support and interacting with teams for national and/or international clients
Requirements:
- Higher education degree (Bachelors Masters or Integrated Masters) in Computer Science Electrical and Computer Engineering or similar experience in Information Systems
- Technical knowledge of JavaScript AngularJS HTML CSS
- Integration standards with other systems (e.g. JDBC MID Server REST / SOAP)
- Experience and strong knowledge of project management using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Autonomy problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Strong communication interpersonal skills critical thinking and teamwork
- Proficiency in English both spoken and written
- Between 2 and 3 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and development projects
- Experience in the design implementation and rollout of ServiceNow (2 or more distinct full projects)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (preferred)
