About the Role

You will be part of a specialized team focused on IntelligentAutomation and Client Engagement working on initiatives that enhance operationalefficiency and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive process optimization and identify opportunities for automation
• Analyze and challenge business requirements ensuring quality and relevance
• Validate and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Work closely with Process Owners and Key Users to build Functional Specifications and Test Plans
• Ensure proper execution of test phases and adherence to defined plans
• Provide functional support to IT teams throughout project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and report project status

Technical Skills

• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong skills in documentation analysis and requirements gathering
• Exposure to Intelligent Automation (RPA or similar) is a plus
• Knowledge of the banking/financial sector is a plus
• Familiarity with office tools and documentation practices
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma is a plus
