What Youll Do

Requirements Gathering& Analysis

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify needs and pain points
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories

Solution Design Support

• Partner with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable solutions
• Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives

Process Optimization

• Evaluate current workflows and propose improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities

Testing &Validation

• Define test cases and actively support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Documentation &Training

• Create user guides and process documentation
• Deliver training sessions to end-users

StakeholderCommunication

• Act as the main point of contact for Salesforce initiatives
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language

What You Bring

Experience

• 5 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst

Functional Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud
• Solid understanding of CRM processes (lead-to-opportunity case management customer service)
• Experience with Flows and Process Builder
• Ability to build reports and dashboards for actionable insights
• Familiarity with data models and security architecture in Salesforce
• Experience working in Agile environments and writing user stories

Technical Knowledge

• Basic understanding of Apex and Lightning Components
• Familiarity with APIs and integration concepts
• Experience with data migration tools (e.g. Data Loader)
• Exposure to training management solutions is a plus

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High level of ownership and attention to data quality
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning
• Ability to work autonomously in structured agile environments

Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory)
