What Youll Do
Requirements Gathering& Analysis
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify needs and pain points
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories
Solution Design Support
- Partner with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable solutions
- Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives
Process Optimization
- Evaluate current workflows and propose improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities
Testing &Validation
- Define test cases and actively support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Documentation &Training
- Create user guides and process documentation
- Deliver training sessions to end-users
StakeholderCommunication
- Act as the main point of contact for Salesforce initiatives
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
What You Bring
Experience
- 5 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst
Functional Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud
- Solid understanding of CRM processes (lead-to-opportunity case management customer service)
- Experience with Flows and Process Builder
- Ability to build reports and dashboards for actionable insights
- Familiarity with data models and security architecture in Salesforce
- Experience working in Agile environments and writing user stories
Technical Knowledge
- Basic understanding of Apex and Lightning Components
- Familiarity with APIs and integration concepts
- Experience with data migration tools (e.g. Data Loader)
- Exposure to training management solutions is a plus
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High level of ownership and attention to data quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Ability to work autonomously in structured agile environments
Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory)
