Senior People Advisory Services (PAS) MENA

Role Summary

The Senior role within People Advisory Services (PAS) MENA supports endtoend engagement delivery governance and operational excellence across multiple service offerings. The role requires strong coordination skills sound judgment and the ability to work effectively across regions while maintaining EY quality risk and compliance standards. This position plays a key role in supporting onshore teams and ensuring smooth daytoday execution.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of PAS engagements across multiple competencies.
• Coordinate closely with onshore MENA teams GDS teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor engagement progress and proactively flag risks issues and dependencies.
• Support compliance with EY policies quality standards and governance requirements.
• Provide operational and financial support including tracking validations and followups.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with Managers Partners and stakeholders.
• Support and guide junior team members and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Assist with onboarding training coordination and knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
• Support management with adhoc analysis reporting and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Accounting Finance Management or a related field.
• Experience in professional services consulting or shared services environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across regions.
• Strong organizational communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment.
