Shangri-La The Fort Manila located within Fort Bonifacio the former military base and city centre. With 60 storeys comprising 576 hotel guestrooms 97 hotel residences and 96 exclusive Horizon Homes the building is destined to become a Manila landmark. The new hotel will complement the companys five existing properties in the Philippines.

DUTIES

He/she is responsible for the overall administration and operations regarding cocktail bar and overall beverages and will report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and Asst. Director of Food & Beverage. He/she will maximize profits further refine beverage and service quality standards maintain high staff performance and ensure great customer satisfaction. He/she will continually strive to build up new customers retain the loyalty of current guests source great wines at the best quality/price ratio create innovative new promotions and increse outlet revenues. He/she ensures that Hygiene & Food Safety policies Fire & Safety standards are explained to staff and correctly applied.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably with minimum 5 years experience in an international hotel and 2 years in the same capacity.

• Preferably with minimum of 2 years as a Beverage Manager in an international hotel or within the same capacity.

• Preferably well versed wines and alcoholic beverages

• Preferably must be up to date with new beverage trends available in the market

• Preferably knowledgeable in P&L Report

• Preferablyenforces HACCP guidelines throughout the retsuarant

• Preferably fluent in oral and written English.

• Creative and with an eye for details.

• Outgoing and people oriented.

• Motivator self-starter and a team-builder.

• Displays initiative and commitment to professional values
