Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end handling of saturation listings including Detection Cleansing Investigation and Categorization.
- Identify and detect saturation listings across multiple e-commerce and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough cleansing and investigation of detected listings to determine whether they are counterfeit or legitimate in accordance with established guidelines.
- Accurately categorize each listing and ensure all relevant information is properly documented and reported to the client.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with the client regarding findings updates and clarifications.
- Ensure that weekly Saturation Detection outputs are processed and completed within the required timeline.
- Perform Cleansing Investigation and Categorization tasks efficiently using the Unified
- View system to ensure accuracy consistency and timely completion.
Requirements
- ATLEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS A CONTENT MODERATOR
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Has experience in back-office / data entry work
- Has experience in repetitive work
- Has experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of databases
- Must be capable of performing Detection Cleansing and Investigation tasks
- Must possess good communication skills both written and verbal
