Job Summary
Position Responsibilities:
Accurately reviewclassifyand index incoming documents according to establishedguidelineand workflows.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness prior to system entry tomaintainhigh-quality administrative records.
Monitor queues prioritize workloads and process documents within required turnaround times.
Identifyand escalate discrepancies missinginformationor document issues toappropriate teams.
Maintain compliance with data privacyconfidentialityand recommending solutions.
Proficiently manage all support tasks
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent administrativeexperience in a related field.
Cross-trained in all Admin Advantageworktypes
Proficient inMS Office andAdmin Advantage systems including AWDManuconnect ESC Web and CII.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail with the ability toidentifyerrors and inconsistencies quickly.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle high-volume workloads.
Ability to work independently whilemaintainingaccuracy and productivity standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for handling documentissures.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
