Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY
Under the guidance and management of Director of Rooms and Director of Housekeeping he/she will supevise Service Leaders and Service Associates for Laundry. He/She will also be responsible for managing the Laundry operations directs and maintains the Laundry Department in accordance with the current corporate and hotel policies standards and guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Hospitality or in the same capacity
- Preferably with at least 2 years managerial experience in either a large scale commercial or full on-site hotel laundry
- Preferably knowledgeable on the Financial aspect of the Laundry Department
- Preferably computer literate fluent in oral and written English
- Tactful and sensitive to employees and guests
- Flexible guest oriented motivator and a team builder
