Purpose of the Role
This position aims to ensure that continuous process improvement within Crewing organization is prioritized and being actioned in a structured and efficient manner. Hence it is expected that aspiring applicants must be knowledgeable in lean six sigma and other process improvement methodology.
In addition Crewing is a global organization and is interacting with different stakeholders in the wider Fleet Management and Technology organization. As such it is expected that aspiring applicants must have a strong command in the English language as it is expected that collaboration and communication from different teams across different locations will and must happen.
Key Responsibilities
Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the Crewing organisation embedding best practices and efficiency-focused mindsets
Map review and optimise end-to-end processes to enhance operational efficiency and enable seamless handovers across Crewing teams
Ensure process stability by monitoring adherence to agreed standards and identifying gaps or deviations for corrective action
Foster strong collaboration and alignment across teams to ensure consistency and clarity in processes and ways of working
Support business performance through process automation and the development of dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility and decision-making
Analyse and interpret operational data translating insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Identify propose and implement cost optimisation initiatives to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness within the Crewing organisation
What we are looking for
At least 5 years of experience in process improvement roles
Highly analytical and detail-oriented with a strong process-driven mindset
Solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies with the ability to apply them to drive continuous improvement
Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments
Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey insights clearly to stakeholders
Proficient in tools such as Power BI Power Automate and other automation solutions to drive efficiency and data-led decision-making
