Job Summary
- End-to-End Project Governance: Lead the day-to-day project management of Project RESET. Develop and maintain the integrated project plan tracking milestones related to As-Is/To-Be process mapping Fit-Gap analysis and final Blueprinting.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison between AP and the selected 3rd-party advisory firm. Ensure vendor deliverables (Benchmarking Reports Fit-Gap Matrix ERP Blueprint Business Case) meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Stakeholder & Resource Coordination: Facilitate and manage the logistics for extensive cross-functional workshops across 7 core process streams (R2R O2C P2P OAM INV FRC SVC). Ensure optimal participation from internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Business Process Owners without disrupting month-end business operations.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project roadblockssuch as scheduling conflicts scope creep or misalignment between internal proposed processes and vendor recommendationsand escalate to the Steering Committee (SteerCo) with mitigation strategies.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare weekly status reports project dashboards and SteerCo presentation decks summarizing health checks timeline adherence and key decision points.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 710 years of senior project management experience specifically leading large-scale ERP implementations ERP readiness assessments or enterprise business process transformations (Oracle Fusion Financials or SAP S/4HANA experience is highly preferred).
- Vendor Integration: Proven track record of managing Tier-1/Tier 2 technology consulting vendors and holding them accountable to SoW deliverables.
- Process Acumen: Strong understanding of standard enterprise value streams (Record-to-Report Procure-to-Pay Order-to-Cash etc.) and enterprise architecture complexities (integrations middleware manual workarounds).
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Power Generation Distribution or Utilities sector is a significant advantage.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional facilitation skills. Must be able to manage executive stakeholders resolve conflicts and drive consensus in highly complex matrixed environments.
- Certifications: PMP PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certifications are strongly preferred.
