Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to lead the implementation optimization and ongoing management of our GHL platform. The ideal candidate will be a master of GHLs diverse functionalities capable of building robust marketing and sales funnels automating workflows managing CRM data and ensuring our GHL instance is fully leveraged to achieve business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and the technical proficiency to execute them within the GHL ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Setup & Configuration:
- Set up configure and manage GHL accounts sub-accounts and user permissions.
- Design and implement custom fields tags and pipelines within the GHL CRM.
Funnels & Website Development:
- Build optimize and maintain high-converting sales funnels landing pages and websites within GHL.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and optimal user experience across all GHL-built assets.
Automation & Workflows:
- Develop implement and refine complex automation workflows (e.g. email sequences SMS campaigns voicemail drops call routing).
- Set up triggers campaigns and smart lists to automate lead nurturing customer communication and internal processes.
CRM & Lead Management:
- Manage and optimize lead capture forms surveys and booking calendars.
- Ensure accurate data flow and integrity within the GHL CRM managing contacts opportunities and pipeline stages.
- Implement strategies for lead scoring and segmentation.
Integrations & API:
- Integrate GHL with other essential business tools and third-party applications (e.g. payment gateways scheduling tools analytics platforms) using native integrations or Zapier/APIs.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate and analyze performance reports within GHL to track key metrics (e.g. conversion rates campaign ROI pipeline health).
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data.
Training & Support:
- Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams on GHL functionalities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest GHL features updates and industry best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance GHL utilization and efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven Expert-Level Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on in-depth experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex funnels workflows and integrations within GHL.
- Digital Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including lead generation sales funnels email marketing SMS marketing and CRM best practices.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new features and adapt to platform updates quickly.
