Job Summary
This position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract to address specific time-sensitive operational needs within the Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities will include high-volume recruitment coordination and regional hiring initiatives aligned with defined business periods. Additionally this coincides with the upcoming global implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) during which increased coordination efforts are anticipated throughout both the rollout and transition phases.
Team Summary
The Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition Coordination (TAC) team plays a critical role in enabling the success of Visas Talent Acquisition function across the region. As the operational backbone of the AP TA team the TAC team partners closely with Recruiters Hiring Managers Executive Assistants and candidates to ensure a seamless efficient and highquality recruitment experience.
The team is responsible for driving interview coordination excellence across multiple countries and time zones ensuring consistency accuracy and a strong candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
What a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Does at Visa
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will:
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners business stakeholders and candidates to deliver a seamless highquality recruitment experience from interview scheduling through offer stage
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process providing timely communication guidance and support
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders time zones and geographies ensuring accuracy efficiency and a positive experience for all participants
- Manage interview logistics endtoend including calendar coordination confirmations reschedules cancellations and followups
- Ensure all recruitment activities are wellorganized and accurately documented in recruiting systems maintaining high standards of detail and responsiveness
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or process challenges offering practical solutions in a fastpaced highvolume environment
- Act as a brand ambassador for Visa by consistently delivering a professional warm and engaging experience for candidates and interviewers

Working Hours / Shift Information
This role may require shiftbased working hours to support regional and global stakeholders. Typical working hours are expected to fall within 7:00am to 4:00pm (local time). Specific shift arrangements will be confirmed with the hiring manager and may be adjusted based on business needs.

- 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination interview scheduling or a similar talent acquisition operations role
- Demonstrated experience delivering highquality candidatecentric experiences in fastpaced environments
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently
- A consultative solutionoriented approach when working with recruiters hiring managers and candidates
- High attention to detail responsiveness and a strong sense of ownership
