We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofCorporate Actions Associate.

In this role you will:

• Run (AVALOQ) system reports and receive depositary reports via SWIFT post etc. concerning Corporate Actions.
• Review External vendor reports (TELEKURS) to ensure all corporate actions have been received.
• Send instructions to depositories where required ensuring deadline dates are met.
• Create all necessary (AVALOQ) system entries for securities and cash movements
• Create T/T payments where required.
• Log all new Corporate Actions from various sources in Banks Corporate Actions system.
• Monitor outstanding Corporate Actions to ensure timely completion.
• Investigation of securities and cash reconciliation differences.
• Investigation Corporate Actions queries and errors.

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent numerical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
