Digital Content Associate

The Digital Content Associate will be a key member for our global digital content management team that focuses on supporting our digital marketing initiatives by creating managing and publishing content using various content management systems. He/She will also be performing graphic design initiatives when needed. He/she will report to the Creative Lead and Digital Product Manager.

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with the digital content management team to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with marketing goals.
• Create edit and publish digital content including text images and multimedia using various content management systems (CMS).
• Perform routine content updates and maintenance to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Maintain an organized content library and ensure digital assets are properly archived and accessible.
• Collaborate with developers on a variety of task related to design such as providing ideas support and expertise when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in information technology Digital Media Communications Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in a digital content role especially within a marketing media or creative environment.
• Beginner proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager WordPress or Drupal.
• Basic graphic design skills with familiarity in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign). Familiarity in HTML and CSS a plus. Comfortable with learning new software programs as needed.
• Basic knowledge or experience using project management tools like WorkFront Jira or Asana.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Suite.
