Role Title: IFS Functional Consultant
Location: Amsterdam Netherlands

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IFS Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of IFS Cloud and PSO solutions . The role involves working closely with client stakeholders to analyze business requirements configure systems support testing and deliver training for field service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into IFS PSO functional solutions
- Conduct workshops and configure IFS FSM PSO and related modules such as Projects Supply Chain HR and Finance
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality
- Develop and deliver end-user training materials and sessions (Dutch)
- Provide ongoing support troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements
- Work with technical teams to integrate IFS Cloud with third-party systems
- Maintain functional documentation including BRD SDD and user manuals
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of experience as an IFS Functional Consultant
- Experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of IFS Cloud and PSO
- Strong knowledge of Field Service Management (FSM) processes
- Experience in industries such as utilities (electric gas water) or similar field-service driven sectors
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or related field
- Strong English communication skills (Dutch preferred for training delivery)
