Job Summary

Are you hands-on detail-oriented and energized by transforming spaces for memorable occasions Were looking for a Banqueting Set Up Employee who takes pride in perfect preparation from elegant meetings to large-scale celebrations.

Your role in the journey

As a Banqueting Set Up Employee you play a crucial role in preparing our event spaces to the highest standards. You ensure everything is perfectly arranged before guests arrive and support smooth transitions between events. Your responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and dismantling meeting rooms and event spaces according to event layouts
  • Moving and positioning furniture equipment and materials efficiently and safely
  • Supporting banqueting and events teams before during and after events
  • Ensuring all event spaces meet our five-star quality and safety standards
  • Assisting with logistical tasks and maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications :

What youll bring

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
  • A hands-on proactive and physically fit working attitude
  • Experience in hospitality or events is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work well in a team and stay organized under time pressure
  • Basic communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued
